YOU MUST READ THIS IN ORDER TO COMMISSION ME

Vyxri's Commission Terms of Service - TOS 2019

**By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal or Venmo), you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final and I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something, in the terms listed, that you would like to discuss, please message me and inquire! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the TOS COMPLETELY before commissioning. Thank you!**

My work days are Monday through Saturday. However, due to my work schedule, some art orders may take longer to complete. Commissions may take up to 6 weeks to be completed, however you will receive updates as I make progress to approve things like sketches, design etc. Please also note that I do reserve the right to work on personal pieces in between commissions, as art is a very big destresser for me.

General Commission Information:

I OWN the rights to MY artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes, or vast redistribution, This ALSO includes any characters designed SPECIFICALLY by me. If you intend to sell a design or character OF WHICH I HAVE ORIGINALLY CREATED, I ask that you contact me and let me know who the new owner of said character is.
Since I OWN the rights to my artwork, you may not trace, heavily reference, or use the artwork in ANY way other than for fursuiting, art collecting, etc. If you are confused by this rule, please contact me.
I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason. This, however, rarely happens.
When and if you decide to commission me, I ask you contact me and provide me a detailed reference/description of your character. If there is a specific pose or facial expression let me know that as well. If there is any other information you deem helpful please include it. Please try to have your payment READY within 48 hours. Please be aware that I do NOT complete any drawing or work on your piece PAST THE SKETCHING STAGE until payment is received in FULL.
Don't rush me, please. I try to work in the order that I receive payment for commissions, and this will vary depending on what I feel like working on THAT DAY. Usually my sketches go in the order that I receive payment. If you would like an order done quickly (rushed) please let me know right away when you place your order as there may be ADDITIONAL FEES added for rushed/express work.. It can take me an estimated one to two weeks if the queue is long or there are delays due to issues on my end. I will notify buyers if the wait time will exceed 3 weeks, though this is extremely rare! The time is heavily based on how many commissions I have going at the moment as well as how complicated the pieces are! I appreciate your patience above anything else!
If you are commissioning me, please check my instagram account’s current works to make sure you like my style. My anatomy may change with the personality of your character.
I will draw any and everything a commissioner would like, including NSFW. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE NSFW COMMISSION AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ID PROOF OF YOUR AGE! If you are looking for an NSFW commission I ask that you explain to me what you’d like so I can determine if I am comfortable drawing it.
If you do not have a reference sheet or picture of your character, I require an EXTENSIVE and DETAILED description. I would also ask for a color palette to be made up as well.
I allow changes and adjustments to the pieces as I work on them. I will not do DRASTIC changes (i.e. the whole piece) unless it is because I did something on the design wrong. (i.e. forgot to add part of fur pattern, horns not curved enough etc.)
If you are commissioning me, PLEASE make sure to check your DMs frequently. I may ask questions as to make the experience pleasurable for every parties involved.
At the current moment I accept PAYPAL payments via Invoicing through Paypal or Venmo. Please note that I only complete commissions upon receiving payment.
When commissions are completed, I contact you to let you know. All digital pieces will be emailed to you or sent as a download via a discord link! IF the email you use is different than your paypal email please let me know!
Please do not hesitate to contact me about your commission! I offer to send update pictures of your piece whenever you ask, but please ask nicely! Do not demand things from me, be polite and we'll get along fine. Please be aware that I may not have an update picture for you everyday as I may be working on other commissions as well OR your piece may not have been started yet!
Tips are appreciated, but not necessary!

What Can You Do With My Artwork?

Upon receiving your commission, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

You may upload the image to any of your art galleries of your choosing. I kindly ask that if you do so, to please credit me, by either taging my instagram @Vyxri or if on Twitter my @ is Vyxriarts
You may print out whatever work I do for you. You may hang it on your wall, show it off to friends, etc.
You may sell the work with it’s character if you are selling a design

Upon receiving your commission,YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit. You are NOT ALLOWED to sell copies of your commission, you are NOT ALLOWED to put it on a t-shirt or other product to sell. Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE.
You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own (this is obvious, but needs to be stated).
You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission to create a 'base' for you or other people to color. They are not to be used to make bases for adoptables, etc. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you. You are violating my terms of copyright by tracing and or referencing any piece you purchase from me.

Customer Satisfaction: [2019] If there is a problem with the commission, it is YOUR responsibility to tell me before the piece is completed! You can ask for update pictures from me!! It is YOUR responsibility to let me, as the artist, know everything in advance before you proceed to let me work freely. I provide work in progress photos via Instagram, Throughout MOST OF THE PROCESS at your request. Please make sure that you are okay with MY interpretation of your character; our brains are not the same, so clarification is prudent.

Discounts & Coupons: [2019] If you are a frequent customer, I am inclined to repay your business with discounts. These discounts could be percentages off or dollar amounts off the final price of a commission. Note that this is given RANDOMLY to customers. Do not beg me for discounts because you purchase artwork from me. My discounts or coupons are meant to repay you for your kindness. Asking for them does not make me want to repay you. Make sense? I want to reward you for helping me with my art! :)

Reference Requirements: [2019] I will accept any reference. Fursuits, photos of people, ect will be acceptable forms of reference. I require detailed information due to color matching, and will not be held liable if color matching is not correct per the reference YOU provide. I may message you about this if I have any questions.
